What is the Cookware Set coated with?

The 8-Piece Cookware Set is coated with a granite surface, granite is safe for high-heat cooking as it won't release toxic fumes like most non-stick surfaces.

Are the chopping boards solid wood or pieces glued together?

The boards are pieces glued together with a non-toxic, eco-friendly glue with certifications from our supplier.

Can I buy the utensils, boards or pans individually?

Coming soon! You asked, we listened. The option to shop the utensils, boards and frying pan individually will be available very soon. Sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know when they become available!

Where are the products located and shipped from?

All of our products are located and shipped from within Western Australia. 

How do I get a refund?

Why can I only order 1x Cookware Set?

Due to the size and weight of the cookware set, we currently allow 1x set per order. For bulk orders please email us for a customised shipping rate.

What if my order is delayed?

Occasionally, orders may be delayed. If you are concerned about the status of your order, please refer to our ‘Shipping Information’ page for further details. Additionally, check your Shipping Confirmation email, as it may have been filtered into your spam or junk folder. If you are still unable to track your order, please reach out to us through the 'Contact Us' page.

Do you deliver to outside of Australia?

We currently only deliver to Australia, with plans of expansion to other countries in the future. Please subscribe to our mailing list to stay up to date!
