Eligibility for Refunds

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a refund or exchange
  • We will request photos and videos showing the defects of your product 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Orders placed by mistake
  • Finding a cheaper alternative
  • Misusing the product or not following care instructions
  • No longer needing the product
  • Faults disclosed before purchase

How to Initiate a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@earthskitchen.com.au with your order number, reason for refund, and photos & videos of any damage or faults
  2. Approval: Once approved, we’ll provide you with a refund or store credit.
