Eligibility for Refunds or Returns
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a refund or exchange
- We will request photos and videos showing the defects of your product
Non-Returnable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
- Orders placed by mistake
- Finding a cheaper alternative
- Misusing the product or not following care instructions
- No longer needing the product
- Faults disclosed before purchase
- Products that have been used

- Approval: Once approved, we’ll provide you with a refund or store credit.
